Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Refundable at the time of purchase
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at easysolutionsforu-store@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at easysolutionsforu-store@outlook.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
